Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted at least two weeks prior to the event date. This policy allows us to organize the event responsibly and efficiently. Cancellation requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Note: Please be aware that no exceptions will be made for personal, work-related conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other similar situations. Likewise, refunds will not be issued if a physical injury occurs in the days preceding the competition (training days).

In the event of a cancellation within two weeks prior to the event, a valid proof will be required to justify the reason for absence, such as a medical certificate, work excuse, or similar document.
