AIDA is the leader of the freediving industry with the highest standards of quality. To participate to the class you need to be comfortable at 40m in CWT with bi fins and be able to make a 4min static dive. AIDA Instructor Course includes many classroom, pool and open water sessions, as well as hours of teaching practice.
